Caution
| This product is designed only to treat dental hypersensitivity. Do not use to treat a toothache or any other source of pain in the mouth such as canker sores, cuts or wounds, gum irritation (gingivitis or periodontal disease), mouth ulcers, abscesses or tooth fractures. |

| Warnings |
| Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Note: KEEP THE PRODUCT OFF THE GUMS, CHEEK AND LIPS. You may experience some redness, burning or irritation upon application if the product is applied incorrectly and comes in contact with gums or other soft tissue in the mouth. This will normally disappear within 24-48 hours. If irritation persists, consult a dentist. |

| Directions |
- Brush teeth with your regular toothpaste.
- Remove applicator from pouch.
- Hold tube upright and pinch at dotted line. Grasp handle at base, gently bending it back and forth, until the seal breaks.
- Twist handle carefully, separating it from tube. Remove swab.
- Make sure no excess liquid is dripping from swab. Apply across EACH sensitive tooth, at the gumline—avoid touching the gums—with a gentle back and forth motion. Apply for 10 seconds to EACH sensitive tooth. Allow to dry for 30-60 seconds.
- If treating more than three teeth, re-dip the swab into the container. Make sure no excess liquid is dripping from the swab. Continue treating the remaining sensitive teeth.
- After all sensitive teeth have been treated once, reapply twice more for 10 seconds to to EACH tooth, as directed above, allowing product to dry for 30-60 seconds between each application.
- Floss after completing use to ensure that no material remains between teeth.
- Do not eat or brush teeth for one hour after last application.
- If discomfort persists, then one additional treatment may be purchased and applied. Do not exceed two complete treatments. If no relief is obtained, consult your dentist.

- Store at room temperature 59-86º F (15-30º C).
